The stationary auger compactor is the optimum in technology for compacting bulky thick cardboard and large volumes. The large filling opening and efficient pre-crushing system guarantees fast, trouble–free processing.
The powerful screw shreds then compacts the cardboard into the waste container (bin) with maximum efficiency and speed. On occasions where overloading of hoppers occurs, the Auger will automatically reverse to unclog the blockage and continue compacting. Fitted with a state-of-the-art pre-crusher system, the stationary auger is specifically designed for compacting cardboard. The stationary auger with a shredder is now available in 2 models.

Automatic Lubrication System
All necessary lubrication points on the machine bearing / drive pinion are supplied regularly by a central, automatic lubrication system.This will aid in the reduction of service calls and compactor downtime.
Pre-crusher for cardboard compaction
The cardboard pre-crusher is designed to crush thick and large sheets of cardboard. Running on its own independent motors, the pre-crusher can handle up to 150m3 per hour of cardboard.
Compaction rate for cardboard is approximately 250kg/m3.
Electro-mechanical direct drive Auger
The Electro-mechanical direct drive is the new technology that replaces the traditional drive chain that runs the auger. No chains! Thanks to this system, the Auger operates with total reliability and requires very little maintenance.
