Arbor Park Sydney is a high-density residential development by Alliance Project Group, located at 57 Ashmore Street, Erskineville NSW, approximately 4km from the Sydney CBD. The four-core configuration required individually designed waste chute systems to suit the varying heights and layout constraints of each lift, including bespoke hopper fabrications and chute offsets to address site-specific installation conditions.

Elephants Foot Chute Solutions supplied and installed four waste chute systems across Lifts 1 through 4, providing a combined total of 27 chute pipe levels and 27 fire-rated self-closing waste intake doors at every operational level. A custom extended hopper and hopper door extensions were designed, manufactured, and installed at lower levels to address wall conditions that did not conform to standard installation requirements.

Lifts 1 and 2 incorporate chute offsets to route the chutes to their respective discharge rooms at basement 1, each fitted with a Type A bottom discharge door to suit a 1,100L waste MGB. Lifts 3 and 4 run straight up and down, each fitted with a linear track system without compactor to suit a 1,100L waste MGB. A 240L bin lifter was also installed in the recycling room at basement 1 to decant recycling into a 1,100L MGB, and vent and wash-down systems were installed at the top of all four shafts.
