Tydal Sands is the first stage of a premium coastal residential development by Traders In Purple, located at 2 Gayundah Esplanade, Woody Point QLD, overlooking Moreton Bay. The development combines contemporary residential living with a relaxed coastal setting.
Elephants Foot Chute Solutions supplied and installed a waste chute system for Traders In Purple, servicing the building’s chute pipe levels with galvanised steel chute pipes and fire-rated self-closing intake doors at each level. An odour relief vent and flushing spray point is fitted at the top level of the chute to manage air quality and exit to open air.
The system discharges to a room at Basement 01, with a minor offset configuration to the waste stream. The final bin size for the discharge point is to be confirmed.
The completed installation gives Tydal Sands Stage 1 a convenient and efficient waste disposal solution for residents, supporting streamlined collection and straightforward ongoing management for the building.
