The Edmondson Collection is a master-planned residential community by Aland, located at 361-363 Bernera Road, Edmondson Park NSW, within Sydney’s South-West growth corridor approximately 500 metres from Edmondson Park Station. Designed by Stanisic Architects, the development delivers 178 one, two, and three-bedroom apartments across three buildings, with secure underground parking, rooftop gardens, and close proximity to Ed.Square Town Centre, schools, parks, and public transport.
Elephants Foot Chute Solutions supplied and installed a waste chute system for Aland in each of Buildings A, B, C1 and C2, with chute pipe levels matched to each building’s height. Each building is fitted with fire-rated self-closing intake doors at every servicing level, along with an odour relief vent and flushing spray at the top level of each chute to manage air quality.
Each building discharges via a linear track system to suit 2x1100L MGB to the waste stream, with two access panels supplied to support ongoing maintenance access across the development.
The completed installation gives The Edmondson Collection a compliant, low-maintenance waste management solution suited to a medium-density residential community, reducing manual handling for building management across all four buildings.
