Smart Diversion and Compaction for West Village Allere: Uno and Duo Towers

Elephants Foot Chute Solutions partnered with Hutchinson Builders to deliver a tailored waste management system for the Allere Collection’s Uno and Duo Towers, two residential high-rises within Brisbane’s iconic West Village precinct. Each tower spans 18 levels, requiring a solution that balanced architectural complexity, sustainability targets, and premium lifestyle expectations.

Our innovative eDiverter chute system enabled smart source separation and integrated compaction, optimising the waste room footprint while enhancing operational efficiency. The inclusion of smoke-sealed, fire-rated hopper doors elevated fire safety across all levels, aligning with stringent compliance standards.

Designed to navigate challenging building geometry, our flexible chute routing and fabricated offsets minimised manual handling and streamlined waste flow. The result is a future-ready system that supports West Village’s reputation for excellence in design, sustainability, and resident experience.
