Elephants Foot Chute Solutions partnered with Hutchinson Builders to deliver a comprehensive eDiverter® and waste chute system for The Village – Palm Beach, a nine-storey mixed-use development featuring 72 one- to three-bedroom apartments and three luxury four-bedroom beach homes along Jefferson Lane.

The installation included an eDiverter® chute system in the main building for both waste and recycling, complete with self-closing intake hoppers, a bypass level for level 1, and a vent and wash down cleaning system to ensure hygiene and fire safety. In addition, a dedicated restaurant waste chute was installed with a coordinated offset, intake door, and discharge system.
