Elephants Foot Chute Solutions delivered a tailored waste management solution for Hutchinson Builders’ The Tally, a 9-storey boutique residence in Palm Beach. This 45-apartment coastal development, located just 250m from the beach, required a compact yet high-performance system to match its premium beachside positioning.

The installation features a 510mm diameter eDiverter system serving all 8 residential levels, constructed to Elephants Foot Chute Solutions’ precise specifications. Eight self-closing fire-rated hopper doors with smoke seals provide secure, odour-controlled disposal points throughout the tower – an essential feature for the coastal environment.

The ground-level discharge area incorporates a custom eDiverter discharge system configured for 2m³ bins, accommodating the development’s waste volume while maintaining the boutique scale. The entire system was engineered for quiet operation to preserve the peaceful beachside ambiance.
