Elephants Foot partnered with Delta Property Group to deliver a waste chute system for The Mill Residences of Toorak, a boutique development of 15 luxury apartments and townhouses designed by CHT Architects with interiors by Hecker Guthrie.

The system consisted of 510mm galvanised steel chute pipes installed across five levels, with each floor fitted with fire-rated hopper doors. To ensure hygiene and compliance, a vent and washdown cleaning system was installed at the top level, discharging to a basement collection room. A Type A discharge door was also included to suit the building’s designated waste bins.

This design provided residents with a reliable, discreet, and compliant waste solution that integrates seamlessly into the project’s luxury architectural and interior design.
