Epping eDiverter® chute systems by Elephants Foot Chute Solutions for Hutchinson Builders at The Langston, a mixed-use residential precinct

Elephants Foot Chute Solutions worked with Hutchinson Builders to supply and install advanced eDiverter® chute systems across The Langston, a mixed-use precinct at 12–22 Langston Place, Epping NSW. Developed by Cbus Property, the project comprises three residential towers with a total of 462 apartments, retail spaces, and landscaped communal areas.

Each tower features a purpose-designed  eDiverter® chute system constructed from 610mm galvanised steel pipes, with stainless steel fire-rated garbage and recycling chute doors for safe and compliant use. The systems are complemented by Linear Compactor Systems for waste and Linear Track Systems for recycling, designed to suit 660L MGB bins and ensure long-term operational efficiency.

The installation includes integrated  eDiverter® mechanisms for automatic waste separation, self-closing intake doors, and vented wash-down systems to maintain hygiene throughout each tower. This solution provides residents with a discreet, reliable, and efficient waste management system tailored to a large-scale, mixed-use development.
