Elephants Foot Chute Solutions partnered with Evans Built to deliver a waste chute system for Corsica 1B at The Cove, a premium residential precinct in Pelican Waters designed by O.G.E Group Architects.

The installation comprised six galvanised steel chute pipe levels, spanning from the ground to level 6. Each level was fitted with fire-rated, self-closing chute doors and signage for user safety and compliance.

At the rooftop level, the system was completed with a vent and wash-down cleaning system that discharges into open air, ensuring optimal hygiene and reducing odours. The basement discharge room was fitted with a Type A discharge attachment, configured to suit 1100L mobile garbage bins (MGB).

This project provided a reliable and safe chute solution, enabling convenient waste disposal for residents while meeting building and safety standards.
