Elephants Foot Chute Solutions partnered with award-winning developer Billbergia to deliver a high-performance waste infrastructure solution for Stage 2 of Rhodes Central, encompassing the landmark Peake Tower and Oasis Tower at 34 Walker Street, Rhodes NSW. As part of a five-tower masterplanned precinct adjacent to Rhodes Rail Station, this stage includes 674 apartments across two high-rise buildings, with Peake Tower reaching 48 levels, now the tallest building in Rhodes.
To support the demands of high-density living, our team engineered and installed a complete dual chute system across 106 residential levels, integrating fire-rated hopper doors, roof-mounted ventilation and washdown systems, and linear bin track system.
