Elephants Foot Chute Solutions partnered with Greyburn to provide a tailored waste management solution for Robina Grand, an eight-storey residential development comprising 69 apartments and four townhouses.

The works included the supply and installation of a premium Dual Chute System servicing both waste and recycling streams across all eight residential levels. A total of 16 galvanised steel chute pipes were installed, supported by 16 fire-rated, self-closing Chute Doors with compliant signage to ensure safety and accessibility.

To maintain hygiene and operational reliability, two vent and wash-down cleaning systems were installed at the rooftop level, discharging through open air above the building. At the upper basement discharge room, two Type A Bottom Discharge Chutes were configured to suit 2000L MGBs, providing efficient waste and recycling management.

The system was designed as a straight vertical run through the building, ensuring durability, compliance, and minimal maintenance requirements.
