Elephants Foot Chute Solutions partnered with Hacer Group to supply and install 4 dual chute systems for Richmond Quarter, a large-scale mixed-use development on Bridge Road, Richmond VIC, constructed for Home Residential (Grocon Developments) and designed by SJB Architects. The precinct comprises 368 build-to-rent apartments across five buildings, combining modern design with efficient waste management solutions.

Each tower was equipped with purpose-built 510mm galvanised steel dual chutes to manage both waste and recycling streams efficiently. Self-closing chute doors and Type A bottom discharge chutes were installed along with vent and wash-down systems to optimise hygiene and operational efficiency. Plastic strip curtains were added to all bottom chutes, preventing debris escape and maintaining clean discharge areas.

By providing fully integrated dual chute solutions, this installation ensures residents benefit from a reliable, safe, and hygienic waste and recycling system, highlighting Elephants Foot’s expertise in delivering tailored solutions for complex, high-density residential developments in Melbourne.
