Each system incorporates robust 510mm galvanised steel chute pipes servicing levels Upper Ground through Level 2, ensuring consistent and durable performance suited to coastal residential conditions.
Fire‑rated, self‑closing waste chute intake doors are installed at each level, supporting safe and user‑friendly resident access while maintaining building fire safety compliance. Integrated vent and wash‑down cleaning systems are installed at the uppermost levels of each chute, assisting with airflow, odour management, and chute hygiene to maintain consistent system performance.
