The installation incorporates durable 510mm galvanised steel chute pipes servicing Ground through Level 4, delivering reliable performance suited to multi‑storey apartment environments.

Each level is fitted with fire‑rated, self‑closing waste chute intake doors, ensuring safe, secure, and user‑friendly resident access while supporting building fire safety compliance. Acoustic lagging installed along the chute sections assists with noise control between floors, improving resident comfort and supporting overall building performance.
