To meet these requirements, Elephants Foot Chute Solutions supplied and installed a dedicated dual residential waste and recycling chute system, providing efficient vertical waste transfer across all residential levels. The installation incorporates durable 510mm galvanised steel chute pipes configured in straight vertical runs from Ground through Level 5, helping minimise offsets, improve flow performance, and reduce long‑term maintenance requirements.
Fire‑rated, self‑closing waste and recycling chute intake doors are installed at each level, supporting secure and user‑friendly resident access while ensuring compliance with building fire safety regulations.
