Rendu Towers is Ozcare’s flagship inner-city aged care and retirement development in Brisbane, delivered in two stages across 22 storeys.

Elephants Foot supplied two linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) waste-only chute systems designed to meet the safety and hygiene needs of an elderly care environment. Each chute featured fire-rated hopper doors and Type A discharge points to suit 1,100L bins. Integrated bin compactors reduced manual handling, while axial ventilation fans and smoke seals maintained air quality.
