Operational Waste Management Plan for Regents Park Social Housing and Community Development

Elephants Foot Consulting partnered with Sydney Anglican Property (SAP) and Anglicare to develop an Operational Waste Management Plan (OWMP) for the Regents Park redevelopment on the former church site at Edwin Street and Kingsland Road. The project will provide 74 social housing units focused on single women over 55 and families in need, alongside over 500 square metres of communal space including a rooftop terrace designed to encourage community interaction and social activities. Our waste management plan supports this innovative living model by incorporating sustainable waste systems that are easy to use and comply with all Sydney environmental regulations.
