High-End Waste Infrastructure Delivered for Mirvac's Landmark Residential Development

Prince & Parade is a luxury apartment development in Melbourne’s inner north designed with comprehensive, sustainable waste management infrastructure.

Elephants Foot supplied and installed triple chute systems for Prince & Parade, servicing 167 residences across two buildings. Each system provides dedicated chutes for waste, recycling, and organics, promoting effective source separation and long-term landfill diversion.

To ensure minimal disruption and maximise hygiene, acoustic lagging and ventilation systems were included throughout 60 chute levels across both towers. The discharge rooms were custom-configured to support multiple bin types, including mobile garbage bins (MGB) and carousel-based organics collection, facilitating efficient and flexible waste handling.

This waste solution supports Mirvac’s sustainability goals while seamlessly integrating with the development’s luxury architectural design.
