Elephants Foot Chute Solutions collaborated with LPS Group to deliver a bespoke eDiverter® Chute System for Pipis Bilinga, a boutique beachfront development located on Golden Four Drive, Queensland. The project required a customised waste solution to meet the needs of its coastal residences, with a strong focus on functionality, safety, and durability.

The installation included custom dual galvanised steel chute pipes extending from ground level to level nine, paired with self-closing, fire-rated Chute Doors. To reduce noise transfer and enhance resident comfort, the chute was fitted with acoustic lagging using density fibreglass.

At the top level, an odour management system was installed, including a relief vent and flushing spray discharging through open air. The ground-level discharge room housed a custom eDiverter discharge unit configured for a 2000L MGB, ensuring efficient waste and recycling separation.
