Elephants Foot Chute Solutions partnered with 5 Point Projects to deliver a customised waste management solution for Perspective 488, a boutique beachfront residential development in Palm Beach. Completed in 2022 under a design and construct contract, the project comprises 11 luxurious residences across 10 storeys, designed to reflect the elegance of modern coastal living.

The works included the supply and installation of an eDiverter® Chute System with 510mm galvanised steel chute pipes servicing eight residential levels from level 2 through to level 9. Each level was fitted with a fire-rated, self-closing Chute Door and signage, ensuring resident safety and compliance.

At the rooftop level, a vent and wash-down cleaning system was installed, designed to discharge through open air above the building to maintain hygiene and odour control. At the ground floor, the discharge room was fitted with a custom eDiverter® Discharge Attachment configured to suit both 1100L MGBs for waste and 660L MGBs for recycling.

This system provided a compact and efficient waste solution, aligning with the premium standards of Perspective 488’s beachfront residences.
