A centrally located mid rise residential tower supported by a smart eDiverter waste and recycling chute system.

Parkline Kent Town is a 12 storey residential development comprising 61 luxury apartments, delivered by Chasecrown with Multiplex appointed as construction partner. Elephants Foot Chute Solutions delivered an integrated waste and recycling solution using the eDiverter® Chute System, enabling residents to separate waste streams through a single vertical riser while preserving floor space and building efficiency.

The system incorporates robust Chute Systems manufactured from galvanised steel and fitted with fire rated, self closing Chute Doors installed across Levels 3 to 11. This configuration supports safe daily operation, fire performance, and long term durability within a mid rise residential environment.

At ground level, engineered Discharge Attachments direct waste and recycling into dedicated 1100 litre mobile garbage bins. Integrated odour relief venting and washdown infrastructure, aligned with Elephants Foot Odour Management solutions, supports hygiene, airflow control, and operational performance within the discharge room.

Acoustic isolation mounts were installed to meet project specific acoustic requirements, ensuring resident comfort while delivering a future ready waste system suited to premium apartment living.
