Elephants Foot Chute Solutions partnered with Fugen Constructions to deliver a tailored waste chute system for Parc Pavilion, a hospitality precinct developed by Sammut Group in the heart of Cronulla. Overlooking Monro Park, this two-level dining and entertainment destination required a compact but highly functional chute solution to manage its operational waste streams efficiently.

The system included two galvanised steel chute pipes servicing the ground and first floors. Both levels were fitted with fire-rated, self-closing Chute Doors, upgraded with medium-temperature smoke seals for enhanced safety and compliance.

At the rooftop, an odour relief vent and flushing spray system was installed, discharging through open air above the building to maintain hygiene and airflow. The basement discharge room was equipped with a Discharge Attachment featuring a minor offset, configured to suit the waste bin requirements of the venue.

This installation provided Parc Pavilion with a reliable, compliant, and space-efficient chute solution designed to meet the demands of a busy hospitality environment.
