Elephants Foot Consulting developed an Operational Waste Management Plan (OWMP) for Tallawong Station Precinct South, a key development within Sydney’s expanding Northwest Growth Area. The precinct will feature 17 buildings delivered in three stages: Stage 1 includes five buildings for residential and retail activities, Stage 2 comprises eight residential buildings, and Stage 3 delivers four residential buildings, bringing the total to close to 1,000 units.

Located within walking distance of Tallawong Metro Station, the mixed-use development integrates residential apartments, retail spaces, and public amenities, creating a vibrant, transit-oriented community.
