Elephants Foot Consulting developed an Operational Waste Management Plan (OWMP) for the Eden Rehabilitation Hospital, a new state-of-the-art facility designed to provide patient-focused recovery care in Queensland’s Sunshine Coast region.

The OWMP addressed all aspects of healthcare waste management, including general, recyclable, organic, and clinical waste streams.
