Elephants Foot Chute Solutions partnered with 5 Point Projects to deliver a premium waste management solution for One Five Six, a boutique riverfront residential development in New Farm. Designed by Paul Conrad Architects, the six-storey building includes 12 apartments, supported by two basement levels.

The works included the supply and installation of an eDiverter® Chute System with 510mm galvanised steel chute pipes extending across six residential levels, from ground through to level 6. Each level was fitted with a self-closing, fire-rated Chute Door and compliant signage to ensure safety, durability, and ease of use.

At the rooftop level, a vent and wash-down cleaning system was installed, designed to discharge through open air above the building, maintaining hygiene and odour control. At the upper basement discharge room, the system was completed with an eDiverter® Discharge Attachment configured to suit 1100L MGBs, providing efficient waste and recycling management.

The chute system was installed as a straight vertical run, ensuring reliable operation with minimal maintenance requirements, tailored to the building’s boutique scale and premium residential standards.
