Elephants Foot Chute Solutions worked with Rawcorp to deliver a high-performance waste chute system for Northshore Residences, a premium beachside development in Palm Beach. Featuring 89 spacious apartments and four luxury villas, the project required a compact and efficient waste management solution tailored to its coastal residential design.

The system comprised eight galvanised steel chute pipe levels, running vertically from level 2 through to level 9. Each floor was fitted with self-closing, fire-rated Chute Doors and signage, ensuring safe and compliant waste disposal.

At the rooftop, a ventilation and wash-down cleaning system was installed, discharging through open air above the building to maintain hygiene and airflow. The ground-level discharge room was equipped with a Type A Discharge Attachment configured for 1100L MGBs, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with Queensland’s high-rise residential standards.

This streamlined installation provided Northshore Residences with a reliable and durable waste solution, aligning with the project’s premium design and beachfront lifestyle.
