Elephants Foot Chute Solutions worked closely with Hutchinson Builders to deliver a high-performance eDiverter® chute system for Norfolk, a ten-storey luxury beachfront residential development at Burleigh Heads. The project features 15 bespoke apartments designed to offer premium beachfront living.
To support the building’s high standards, Elephants Foot Chute Solutions installed 510mm waste and recycling chute pipes fabricated to EF-standard specifications, alongside self-closing 2-hour fire-rated chute doors to enhance resident safety and fire compliance. The system includes a high-capacity eDiverter discharge system suitable for 1100L MGBs, providing efficient and discreet waste management throughout the building.
This bespoke solution ensures seamless waste disposal, improved hygiene, and operational efficiency, aligning with the premium lifestyle experience at Norfolk.
