Elephants Foot Chute Solutions collaborated with Evbuilt to deliver advanced eDiverter® Chute Systems for Navini, an eight-storey beachfront residential project in Bilinga. Designed for premium coastal living, the development comprises 16 exclusive residences and required dual chute installations to provide a reliable and efficient waste solution.

The installation included two eDiverter systems across separate cores. Building 1 featured eight galvanised steel chute pipe levels with eight self-closing, fire-rated Chute Doors, a rooftop vent and wash-down system, and a ground-level Discharge Attachment configured with minor offsets to suit 2000L and 1500L MGBs.

Building 2 comprised seven chute pipe levels with fire-rated eDiverter intake doors, a rooftop odour relief vent and flushing spray, and a ground-level discharge unit also configured for 2000L and 1500L MGBs.

The project also required several variations, including custom chute intakes and offsets at ground level, as well as a 610mm eDiverter discharge unit to accommodate the site’s specific operational requirements.

Together, these installations provided Navini with a resilient, future-proofed waste management solution tailored to its luxury coastal residences.
