Elephants Foot Chute Solutions supplied and installed a complete eDiverter waste chute system for Marella, a 30-storey luxury residential tower by Mosaic in Broadbeach. The system included 610mm galvanised steel chute pipes, acoustic lagging to reduce noise, fire-rated hopper doors with smoke seals, and a flushing spray unit supported by rooftop ventilation for hygienic operation. Designed to serve 29 active levels, the chute discharges directly into 2,000L bins on the ground floor, meeting the high standards of a coastal high-rise community.
