Elephants Foot Chute Solutions partnered with Constructions Group to deliver a modern eDiverter® Chute System for M Apartments, an eight-storey premium residential project in Kangaroo Point. The development required a space-efficient and reliable waste system designed to service its high-end residences.

The system comprised eight galvanised steel chute pipe levels, running vertically from level 1 through to the rooftop terrace. Each level was fitted with self-closing, fire-rated Chute Doors with signage, providing safe and accessible disposal points for residents.

At the rooftop, a ventilation and wash-down cleaning system was installed, discharging through open air above the building to ensure ongoing hygiene and airflow. The ground-level discharge room was equipped with an eDiverter Discharge System configured to suit 1100L MGBs, providing dual-stream waste handling and operational efficiency.

This installation provided M Apartments with a fully compliant and durable chute system, integrating modern discharge technology to match the quality and convenience of the development.
