As part of this large-scale residential project, Elephants Foot Chute Solutions delivered and installed complete dual chute systems across all six buildings. Supporting 477 premium apartments across eight levels, our systems enable separate waste and recycling streams, improving usability while meeting regulatory and sustainability goals. 

The system features included durable plastic chute pipes and fire-rated self-closing discharge doors, ensuring hygiene, fire compliance, and seamless functionality. Integrated basement-level collection zones were tailored to support building operations and optimise waste logistics, making the solution both efficient and low-maintenance for multi-storey residential environments.
