Elephants Foot Chute Solutions partnered with Hutchinson Builders to deliver an advanced eDiverter® chute system for Infinity Broadbeach, a landmark residential tower rising 39 storeys above the Gold Coast skyline at 33 Surf Parade, Broadbeach.

With just 63 luxury residences spread across its height, Infinity Broadbeach is designed to provide residents with expansive ocean views, premium amenities, and a lifestyle of convenience. To support these high standards, Elephants Foot Chute Solutions installed a tailored chute system engineered for long-term performance and efficiency.

The installation featured 610mm chute pipes built to EF-standard details, chute doors with self-closing eDiverter Hoppers (2-hour fire-rated), and a large-capacity eDiverter discharge system designed to suit 2000L bins. For added safety and compliance, 38 intake doors were upgraded with medium temperature smoke seals, ensuring greater fire resistance and odour control throughout the building.

This solution provides residents with a discreet, safe, and efficient waste management system that complements the luxury positioning of Infinity Broadbeach.
