The Industrial Development and Childcare project at 595 Withers Road, Rouse Hill is a mixed use site delivered by Trescon within Sydney’s fast growing north west corridor. The development combines industrial facilities with a childcare centre, requiring a waste solution that balances operational efficiency with strict safety and hygiene requirements.
Elephants Foot Chute Solutions delivered a compact solution using the proven eDiverter® Chute System, enabling controlled waste handling within a shared vertical shaft while maintaining clear separation between waste streams. The system forms part of Elephants Foot’s broader range of engineered Chute Systems designed for long term durability and low maintenance performance.
Each intake point was fitted with fire rated, self closing Chute Doors to support occupant safety and regulatory compliance. At ground level, purpose designed Discharge Attachments were installed to manage waste transfer into 660L mobile garbage bins, ensuring safe handling and efficient collection.
To maintain hygiene and minimise nuisance odours across both industrial and childcare uses, the system integrates a complete Odour Management solution, including a vent and wash down cleaning system.
The completed installation delivers a compact, compliant, and reliable waste system that supports daily operational demand while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and ease of servicing across a mixed use environment.
