Elephants Foot Chute Solutions partnered with Blaq Property to deliver a tailored waste chute system for Indigo, a boutique luxury development in Wollongong. Designed with just 10 oversized apartments across five levels, Indigo required a compact yet high-performing chute installation to align with its premium residential standards.

The system included five galvanised steel chute pipes running vertically from ground level to the fourth floor, each connected to a self-closing, fire-rated Chute Door for safe and convenient waste disposal.

At the rooftop level, an odour relief vent and flushing spray were installed, discharging through open air above the building to maintain hygiene and airflow. At the basement discharge room, the system was fitted with a Discharge Attachment configured with a minor offset to suit a 240L MGB, providing efficiency in a space-conscious environment.

This installation delivered a reliable and fully compliant waste management solution, supporting the building’s compact scale while maintaining the quality expected of a boutique coastal development.
