Elephants Foot Chute Solutions worked with Hacer Group to supply and install 2 dual chute systems for Huntington Apartments, the flagship residential building within the Jackson Green masterplanned community in Clayton South VIC. Constructed for Cedar Woods and designed by DKO Architecture, the development includes 163 modern apartments spread across West and East Towers.

Each tower was fitted with purpose-built 510mm galvanised steel dual chutes to manage waste and recycling efficiently. Self-closing chute doors and Type A bottom discharge chutes were installed alongside vent and wash-down systems and plastic strip curtains to optimise hygiene, operational efficiency, and safety. The East Tower included minor offsets coordinated with the building design to maintain seamless operation.

This installation ensures residents enjoy a clean, safe, and user-friendly waste management experience, while building management benefits from streamlined operations, reduced maintenance requirements, and compliance with modern residential standards.
