Elephants Foot Chute Solutions partnered with Buildex Development to deliver a tailored waste chute system with integrated carousel bin system for Haven Northbridge, a boutique residential project designed by 3EM Architects. Nestled beside Sailors Bay Creek, the development features 11 luxury two- and three-bedroom apartments with interiors by Richards Stanisich and landscaping by Dangar Barin Smith, blending contemporary design with natural surrounds.
The system comprised four 510mm galvanised steel chute pipes servicing levels Ground through 3, each fitted with fire-rated, self-closing hopper doors for safety and compliance. An odour relief vent and flushing spray was installed at the rooftop level to maintain hygiene and air quality, with discharge directed through to the open air above.
At the basement, Elephants Foot supplied and installed a carousel bin system configured for 240L MGBs, supported by a discharge attachment with a minor offset. This configuration optimises waste storage capacity while ensuring ease of operation for building management.
