Elephants Foot Chute Solutions partnered with Makland Construction to deliver a modern eDiverter® chute system for Hampton Place, a premium residential development in the heart of Hampton’s bayside precinct. Designed by Telha Clarke Architects, the project comprises over 50 bespoke residences with a strong focus on high-end amenity and functionality.

The system included seven galvanised steel chute pipes spanning from the basement to level five, supported by five fire-rated, self-closing eDiverter intake hopper doors. Each hopper door was clearly signed for resident use and compliance.

To ensure system hygiene and operational performance, a vent and washdown cleaning system was installed at the top level. At the basement level, the chute system was completed with a dedicated eDiverter discharge unit to accommodate mobile garbage bins, offering flexibility and efficient waste stream separation.

By integrating Elephants Foot’s eDiverter technology, the Hampton Place development benefits from an advanced waste management solution that supports both sustainability and resident convenience while meeting stringent compliance standards.
