As part of the redevelopment of Fairfield Showground, a major venue for festivals, sporting events, and community gatherings, Elephants Foot Consulting was engaged to deliver a tailored Operational Waste Management Plan (OWMP) and Construction & Demolition Waste Management Plan (C&D WMP). These plans ensured the venue’s waste infrastructure could support high-footfall events while complying with council and environmental guidelines.

The OWMP addressed waste flows for food vendors, market stalls, and general event operations, while the C&D WMP guided recycling and disposal throughout construction.
