Waste Chute System for Eva Tenth Avenue, Palm Beach

Elephants Foot partnered with Eva Constructions to deliver a waste chute system for Eva Tenth Avenue, a boutique coastal development in Palm Beach designed by BDA Architecture. Offering a curated collection of apartments and penthouses, the project required discreet, efficient, and compliant waste management solutions.

The installed system included 510mm galvanised steel chute pipes across eight levels, each fitted with fire-rated hopper doors. To support hygiene and compliance, the design integrated an odour relief vent and washdown cleaning system at the top level, discharging into a ground-floor collection room via a minor offset to suit a 2000L MGB.

To further enhance resident comfort, all chute sections were fitted with acoustic lagging upgrades, minimising noise transmission through the system. An EF Neutralizer odour management unit was also supplied to the chute discharge room, ensuring long-term performance and indoor air quality.
