Elephants Foot Chute Solutions designed and installed two advanced eDiverter waste chute systems for Sarah Constructions’ ECH Encore Apartments in Modbury. This innovative vertical retirement village combines 8-storey and 4-storey apartment buildings with basement parking, featuring Australia’s first retirement development to incorporate an on-site Montessori Early Learning Centre.
The installation comprises two complete eDiverter systems serving 10 levels across both buildings. Each system features galvanised steel waste/recycling chute pipes with all specified fixings, designed for easy senior access and efficient operation. The solution includes stainless steel fire-rated waste doors with powder-coated frames, combining durability with aesthetic appeal for this premium retirement community.
