Elephants Foot partnered with Stargate Property to deliver waste chute systems for Dwell Bondi Beach, a boutique coastal development comprising 20 luxurious residences. Designed for convenience and sustainability, the project integrates modern waste infrastructure within a premium residential setting just moments from the beach.

Across both Building A and Building B, Elephants Foot supplied and installed eight 510mm galvanised steel chute pipes spanning ground through level 2. Each chute was fitted with fire-rated, self-closing hopper doors, ensuring compliance and fire safety standards.

To maintain airflow and hygiene, odour relief vents and washdown systems were installed on the top levels of both buildings. At basement level, the systems discharge into 660L mobile garbage bins via carousel compactor systems, configured for three bins in Building A and two bins in Building B, optimising waste storage and collection efficiency.

The result is a compact and effective solution tailored for boutique living, enabling residents to benefit from modern, compliant, and user-friendly waste management.
