The installation features a 610mm diameter eDiverter system with fifteen vertically aligned chute pipes constructed to Elephants Foot Chute Solutions’ exacting standards. Fifteen fire-rated eDiverter hopper doors with 2-hour fire resistance provide discreet yet compliant access points on every level, designed to maintain the building’s luxury aesthetics.
The ground-level discharge area incorporates a custom eDiverter discharge system configured for 1m³ bins, ensuring efficient waste handling without compromising the development’s premium beachfront positioning. The entire system was engineered to operate silently and maintain strict odour control, preserving the exclusive ambiance of the residential spaces.
