Elephants Foot supplied and installed dual and linen chute systems designed to meet the project’s high-end residential and hospitality needs. The dual chute features smoke-sealed fire-rated hoppers, custom offsets, and EF Neutralizer odour control. The linen chute system was built to accommodate trolley discharge, with additional fire protection and space-saving features across the tower’s multiple levels.
