Elephants Foot Chute Solutions was engaged to deliver two eDiverter waste chute systems for the Croft & Cremorne development on Fish Lane in South Brisbane. Each system was customised to fit within the tower’s service core and included fire-rated self-closing hopper doors, acoustic lagging to minimise noise transfer, and ventilation systems to meet building compliance requirements. Integrated compactors were provided for 1100L bins to support efficient waste handling.

Located at 30 Merivale Street, the project is being developed by Stockwell and constructed by Hutchinson Builders. It features 124 residential apartments, basement parking, ground floor retail, and a full-floor recreation level, offering a modern mixed-use living environment.
