Elephants Foot Consulting prepared an Operational Waste Management Plan for the redevelopment of the former Channel 9 headquarters site in Willoughby, NSW. The project involves transforming the site into a residential and community precinct. The site is master planned for 460 apartments across ten buildings, comprising nine new residential flat buildings and one adaptive reuse of the existing commercial structure.

Our OWMP outlined clear strategies for the ongoing management of waste and recycling generated by the development once occupied. The plan ensured alignment with Willoughby City Council requirements and NSW EPA guidelines, with a focus on efficiency, sustainability, and practicality for future residents and building management.
