Elephants Foot Chute Solutions Installs Waste and Linen Chute Systems for Cleveland Development in Bayside Cleveland

Elephants Foot Chute Solutions worked with Marjon Constructions to deliver both waste chute and linen chute systems for Cleveland Development, a residential project positioned in the lifestyle hub of Cleveland, near Moreton Bay. This dual-system installation was designed to provide residents with efficient and hygienic disposal solutions while meeting compliance standards.

The waste chute system comprised five LLDPE chute pipe levels, each fitted with fire-rated, self-closing Chute Doors. At level five, an odour management vent and wash-down spray was installed to maintain system hygiene, while the ground-level discharge was configured with a medium offset to suit 660L MGBs.

The linen chute system extended across six chute pipe levels, incorporating five fire-rated linen chute doors from levels 1 to 5 and one bypass at ground level. Similar to the waste chute, it included an odour relief vent and flushing spray at the top level and discharged to a basement collection point with a medium-offset discharge unit configured for trolley use.

Together, these installations delivered a total of 11 LLDPE chute pipe levels across both systems, supported by durable fire-rated doors, custom offsets, and top-level odour management solutions, ensuring the Cleveland Development benefited from safe, reliable, and long-lasting waste and linen infrastructure.
