As part of Canberra Hospital’s major infrastructure upgrade, Elephants Foot supplied and installed a 6-level Linen Chute System with self-closing, fire-rated interlocking doors, enhancing hygiene and safety across all operational floors. A custom Linear Track System was integrated to streamline the movement of linen carts, supported by our IntelliChute® technology, which enables real-time monitoring and BMS integration. Additional systems, including a Glass Crusher and a Baler machine, supported overall waste handling within the hospital’s laundry and discharge facilities.
