Elephants Foot Chute Solutions collaborated with Hacer Group to supply and install a waste chute system for Callista Rose Bay, a boutique three-storey residential development comprising eight luxury apartments in Rose Bay, NSW.
The installation featured purpose-built galvanised steel chute pipes aligned with EF standard details. Each level was equipped with fire-rated self-closing waste hoppers for secure and hygienic waste intake. A linear track compactor system was integrated to suit 240L MGB bins, enhancing operational efficiency while reducing manual handling. A ventilation and wash-down system was installed on level 2 to maintain hygiene and ensure odour-free discharge.
This installation provides residents with a reliable, easy-to-use, and hygienic waste management solution, reflecting Elephants Foot’s expertise in delivering customised chute systems for boutique residential developments.
