A dual chute system by Elephants Foot Chute Solutions for Hutchinson Builders at Beach House, a 14-level Broadbeach residential tower

Elephants Foot Chute Solutions worked with Hutchinson Builders to supply and install a dual chute system for Beach House, a sculptural 14-level residential tower developed by Andrews Projects and located at 4 Australia Avenue, Broadbeach.

The building comprises 12 full-floor apartments, each benefiting from an integrated waste and recycling solution. The system features 13 levels of waste chute pipes and 13 levels of recycling chute pipes, with self-closing intake doors and signage at every level to support safe and efficient disposal practices.

The installation includes two Type A discharge attachments for waste and recycling bins, as well as a vent and wash-down cleaning system at the rooftop level to maintain hygiene throughout the building. Chute runs are designed straight up and down, with customised offsets above the discharge room available if required.

This solution provides residents with a reliable, safe, and discreet waste management system that complements the premium design and lifestyle of Beach House, while ensuring compliance and long-term operational efficiency.
